- A feature of interest may be present in multiple files. Any source code file may be in zero or multiple features of interest.

- files with any line of content like ".*(TODO|FIXME)( |:| ).*".
- 40 files match defined criteria (9,176 LOC, 22.3% vs. main code):
- 36 *.py files (7,495 LOC)
- 1 *.ipynb files (1,349 LOC)
- 3 *.yaml files (332 LOC)
- 79 lines match the content pattern.
